Hello, I've question regarding the payment TOS, "You are NOT allowed to send me payment for a commission via goods and services. If it is not paid through invoice, I will not do your commission.", does it mean we have to send payment vis family and friends, or it means you will provide the invoice to pay? And does it also apply to adopts? Thank you.
It means I will provide an invoice to you! Sending payment via friends and family is evading both Paypal's fees for service, as well as evading labeling a payment as income for tax purposes. Payment via goods and services does not offer any seller protections that would be in place when using invoices.
I always send invoices for payments on commissions and adopts!
